Oxford, Maryland voted 2011 Best Town in the World by Yachting Magazine. Oxford is one of the most unique towns on the Eastern Shore. Offering an array of shops, historic Inns / Bed and Breakfasts, five star dining, an old fashion Scottish Creamery, a short ferry ride to St. Michaels, scenic river cruises, an educational museum. a Tred Avon Yacht Club, 10 marinas, community tennis courts, a walking track, and a community center offering plays, exercise classes, summer camps and more. Oxford, Maryland is one of the perfect places to live.

The Oxford, Maryland Real Estate community offers a multitude of housing choices from historic “in town” houses, waterfront cottages, luxury waterfront estates, water access homes, to condominiums and townhouses. You can reach Oxford, Maryland by boat, a short drive from Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington DC or Philadelphia, or fly into our municipal Easton airport. This small well- preserved, waterfront village is a great place to visit and an even better place to call home.

The Strand, known for its views, is a popular street along the Tred Avon riverbank, with beach access. It is a well known spot for strolling, watching regattas, and the many distinctive boats that anchor. Boarding for the Oxford Bellevue Ferry leaves The Strand, with a beautiful scenic 10 minute trip and drops off at the Bellevue Landing at Royal Oak, Maryland. St. Michaels, Maryland is a pleasant seven mile bike ride or drive from the Bellevue landing.

Bachelor’s Point is a private-like community offering a deeded deep water boat slip with each property. These Bachelor Point homes range from 2,500 to 8,000 square feet and prices range from $1 million to $4 million. Campbells Bachelor’s Point Marina is the premier full service marina in Oxford, located at the confluence of the Tred Avon and Choptank Rivers. It is perfect for sailors and larger luxury yachts.

Jack’s Point, is the newest community in the town of Oxford, with 7 streets overlooking Town Creek. Jack’s Point has two marinas, both Campbell’s Town Creek Marina. Jack’s point is a short walking distance to the Oxford Community Center, Fire Department and Park.

Just outside of Historic Oxford, Maryland is a 12 lot waterfront community called Morgan’s Point. Morgan’s Point is a small exclusive community of 12 luxury estates. These expansive homes are on huge lots, from 4 to 30 acres, located along the Tred Avon River, with sunset views and deep water. This gated community is close to all of Oxford’s amenities. These homes range from 4,000 to 30,000 square feet and prices range from $3 million to $8 million.
